The two plans
- Individual: $44.99 a month, or $432 a year paid in full.
- Individual +1: $84.99 a month, or $850 a year paid in full. It covers you and one named second person, given at checkout.
Paying in full saves about $108 a year on Individual, and about $170 on Individual +1.
Both plans have a one-time $99.99 enrollment fee, on top of the monthly or yearly price. Larger households aren’t self-serve; that’s a call to the VIP Concierge.

What your card is charged on day one
On monthly billing, day one is two separate charges: the $99.99 enrollment fee and your first month. A 3% card processing surcharge applies to each. For Individual that comes to about $149.33 on your card that day. For Individual +1 it’s about $190.53.

The Individual +1 figures are the household total, covering both people.
Everything beyond those visits is at member rates, for as long as you’re a member, with no annual maximum on how much care you receive.
The one timing rule: when the free visits start
This is the detail most worth getting right:
- Pay in full and the free preventive visits start today.
- Pay monthly and the free preventive visits start after 90 days.
In both cases, member rates on all other treatment are active from day one. The 90-day wait applies only to the free preventive visits. It is not a waiting period on care: a crown, a filling or a root canal your dentist recommends in week one is at member rates in week one.
How a visit works
- Pick your dentist in the app. Any dentist; they don’t need to already be in a network.
- Request the appointment. The concierge calls the practice and books it for you. If that office declines, the concierge finds another nearby, same day.
- See the estimate first. The app shows an estimated range for the treatment your dentist recommends, and the concierge negotiates the actual rate with the practice before you sit in the chair.
- Have the visit. Your dentist decides the treatment. There’s no pre-authorization, no claim form and nothing to be denied, and the dentist is paid promptly after the visit.
Your digital ID card, dentist search and coverage management are all in the same app.
Why it’s not insurance
That’s not a legal footnote; it’s how the program works. There are no waiting periods, no annual maximum, no claim forms, no pre-authorization and no claim denials, because there is no insurer reviewing your dentist’s recommendation. Membership is available in all 50 states.
