Terms of Service

The rules of the road.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clear Care Dental Group's website, mobile app, voice line, and membership services (the "Services"). By enrolling or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Clear Care Dental Group is a dental membership platform headquartered in Miami, Florida. We are not an insurance company. We do not pay claims. We provide a paid membership that gives our members access to a defined set of covered preventive services and to negotiated in-network rates on other dental procedures.

2. Membership eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to enroll. Parents and guardians may add dependents under 18.
  • You must provide accurate information when enrolling and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Plans, fees, and billing

  • Current plans are Individual ($44.99/month) and Individual +1 ($84.99/month). A one-time enrollment fee of $99.99 applies.
  • Members may pay annually up front or month-to-month. Members on month-to-month pay a 90-day waiting period before free preventive benefits unlock. In-network discounts and app features are active immediately on both options.
  • Fees are billed in advance. Late payments may result in suspension until brought current.
  • Plan terms, fees, or covered services may change with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Covered services

The covered preventive and diagnostic services for each plan are listed in your Plan Details document and inside the app. Other procedures are available at our negotiated in-network rates. We do not pay providers for procedures that fall outside your plan; you remain responsible for those amounts at the contracted rate.

5. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@clearcaredentalgroup.com.
  • Monthly memberships cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual memberships are non-refundable, but you keep your unused benefits through the paid-through date.
  • The one-time enrollment fee is non-refundable.

6. Member conduct

  • Use the Services only for their intended purpose.
  • Do not misrepresent eligibility for benefits, attempt to obtain benefits for someone not enrolled, or share login credentials with non-members.
  • Do not interfere with the operation of our systems, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, or use automation to scrape our app or website.

7. AI features (Ali, X-ray Second Opinion)

Ali, our voice receptionist, is an AI assistant. She introduces herself as AI at the start of calls and will offer to transfer you to a human team member for anything account-specific or clinical. Her answers are informational only and are not a substitute for direct consultation with a licensed dentist.

The X-ray Second Opinion tool uses AI to flag potential issues and produce a plain-English report. Reports are AI-generated and not reviewed by a licensed dentist before delivery. They are educational only — not a clinical diagnosis — and members should bring the report to their treating dentist for confirmation. Second opinions do not replace your treating dentist's diagnosis or recommendations.

8. Provider relationships

Dental services are provided by independent licensed providers. Clear Care Dental is not their employer and does not direct clinical care. We negotiate rates and facilitate booking, billing, and payment; we do not practice dentistry.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee availability of any specific provider, appointment time, or outcome. Information from Ali, the app, or our knowledge base is informational only.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Care Dental's total liability to you for any claim related to the Services is limited to the membership fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Heads up: this Terms document is the operating draft. Before launch we will have it reviewed by counsel. Until then, treat it as a good-faith description of how our membership works, not a final legal agreement.
